How much do you charge for shipping and how long will it take to arrive?

We offer free delivery on all NZ orders and are proud of our fast shipping. 

All orders are couriered within 24 hours from North Canterbury when ordered during weekdays.

Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.

How long does it take to feel relief?

Most customer LOVE our pillow from night one, but others may take a little longer to adjust as you may have spent many years with an unsupportive pillow, and you have adjusted to it accordingly.

For some, changes have been instant and life changing, and for others it has taken up to 2 weeks to adjust to the support it provides. 

It's important to give Neck's Best Thing at least 2 weeks before deciding whether it is for you or not as results are felt with prolonged use. People who have persevered have been glad they did.

Which side of the pillow do I use?

Both sides have the special arc design to support and cradle your neck. The only difference is the height. While it essentially comes down to trial and error and personal preference we have also had a chiropractor trial the sleep positions and offer the following suggestions:

If you sleep on your side, the higher side will offer the most optimum support for your neck and shoulder but also offer the correct thoracic alignment. 

The lower side is perfect for back sleepers allowing their bodies to be in a neutral position. It is not recommended to sleep on your tummy for various reasons including the strain on your neck when having to stretch it so far to the side however if this can't be avoided the lower side is great because of the head hollow. You may be able to use this pillow to train yourself out of tummy sleeping.

Is this pillow for all sleep positions?

Yes! Our pillow has been ergonomically designed to support back, side and tummy sleepers.

Can you put a normal pillow case on your pillow?

Absolutely. You can either use it in it's standard cover, as the cover is removable and easy to wash. Or you can put another pillowcase on it and it won't effect the integrity or design. Extra Neck's Best Thing designed pillowcases can be purchased in a range of different fabrics here.

Is your pillow free from harmful chemicals?

Our pillows are OEKO-TEX, REACH and CERTIPUR-US certified. These certifications mean our pillows are free from fire retardants, formaldehyde, other heavy metals and nasty chemicals. All our materials are certified skin safe which is very important when resting on it for long periods of time.

Is your pillow the same as the one from Temu?
